The two young Swedish female helicopter pilots had a good day today with Paka Adventures - and our Driver/Guide Charles! After leaving Dar es Salaam early in the morning, they reached Mikumi National Park before lunch and had a booming game drive!
To share your adventure with three lions the first day of safari - lucky ladies! Mikumi is good nowadays - lots of lots of wildlife. A herd of two hundred buffaloes, lots of giraffe, impala and as always - Hippos at hippo pool! A good day - before spending the night at Mikumi Wildlife Lodge!
Tomorrow they'll have a full day of game drive! We wish all the luck in the hunt for the predators - maybe Leopard will be on the menu? Then day after is for a lovely hike in the rain forest of Udzungwa Mountains National Park!
